Case study
we change the world –

national PR campaign

Context

The plastics and composites industry is in growth mode,
but few young people choose it as a career. The industry
had to act in order to counter a penury of workers and assure
its future in Quebec.

Results

The PR campaign and the instigation of open door days
in 8 Quebec regions succeeded in increasing awareness
of both the industry and Plasticompétences. Over 2,000 people
visited the 17 companies and 10 training centres where open door events were held. Media coverage was nothing short of excellent. Plasticompétences got hundreds of calls and received
thousands of visits to its Website.
