Réseau IQ serves the common interests
of all engineers by taking public positions, conceiving and negotiating programs and services with partners and by replying to
a variety of employment and training needs.

Repositioning of the brand structure, development of brand image and logo and production of communication tools.The purpose of the organisation is to ensure that engineers' voices and opinions are heard publicly.

(The voice of inspiration) – strategic planning and positioning

Context

Because the Order of Engineers mandate is to protect the public, engineers felt they needed to create an association that allowed them to promote and publicise the profession while at the same time creating a service corporation. When creating this association all efforts went into the service corporation (SERVIQ), leaving little time or space for self-promotion and publicity.

Results

A new positioning La voix du genie (The voice of inspiration) resulted from a strategic planning exercise. A new brand image,
a website and various communications tools contributed to increasing awareness of the network and in rallying members.
